Courtesy Bus Pickup Area
Our courtesy bus operates within a limited service zone to ensure all passengers can be transported safely and on time.
Service Boundary
The bus will collect and drop off passengers only within our designated local area.
The driver cannot:
- Travel outside the zone
- Make unscheduled stops
- Wait for passengers not present
Pickup Requirements
To be collected you must:
• Be outside and visible
• Be ready 5 minutes before your booked time
• Be in a safe stopping location
Examples of acceptable pickup points:
- Outside your house
- Hotel entrance
- Front of a clearly marked address
- Street corner
Not acceptable pickup points:
- Back lanes
- Car parks with height restrictions
- Private property driveways
- Locations requiring reversing into traffic
If You Are Late
The bus can only wait approximately 60 seconds.
If you are not present:
Your booking is marked no-show and the bus will continue to the next passenger.
Shared Service
This is a shared transport service. You may travel with other patrons and the route may vary depending on bookings.
Please be courteous to the driver and other passengers.
